BM Italia & DAV, in collaboration with Guerra S.p.A. and under the patronage of Confartigianato Imprese Sondrio, are pleased to present a training day on October 6th, starting at 2:00 PM. The event will take place at BM Italia’s headquarters, within the "Officina del Gusto" creative lab at Via Vanoni 22, Castione Andevenno.
This technical demonstration event is dedicated to the worlds of baking, pastry making, and professional food service. It is designed to offer practical, high-value solutions to industry professionals; an expert in the field will guide participants through a journey of discovery, hands-on preparation, and tasting of the latest innovations in baking.
